Program Overview:
The Chosen 1 Sports Flag Football Grant is designed to assist individuals who have been selected for the NFL Flag Football Individual Grant but still have outstanding registration fees. This grant will cover the remaining cost of registration for flag football, excluding processing fees, to ensure that participants can compete without financial barriers.
Eligibility Requirements:
1. NFL Flag Football Individual Grant Decision: Applicants must first receive an official decision letter regarding the NFL Flag Football Individual Grant. Only individuals who have been approved for or awarded the NFL Flag Football Individual Grant are eligible to receive the Chosen 1 Sports Flag Football Grant. To apply for the NFL FLAG FUND - Individual Participant Grant (Click Here) Ends on December 31st, 2024.
2. Registration Fee Balance: The grant is available to applicants who still have an outstanding balance on their flag football league or event registration, excluding any processing or transaction fees. The grant will only cover the remaining registration cost.
3. Active Participation: Applicants must be actively participating in a current flag football season or league. The grant is not available for individuals who are not registered or have not been accepted into a flag football league or program.
Application Process:
Participants who receive the NFL FLAG FUND - Individual Participant Grant automatically qualify for the Chosen 1 Sports Grant.
Grant Coverage:
The Chosen 1 Sports Flag Football Grant will cover the remaining registration balance after the NFL Flag Football Individual Grant is applied. Processing or transaction fees are not included in the coverage and will be the responsibility of the applicant.
Deadline for Application:
Applications must be submitted by February 3rd, 2025 to ensure timely processing for the current flag football season.
